I really enjoyed living in this hotel. feel the atmosphere of a cozy home. the owner and his children are very very friendly, polite and responsible. help in everything. I'm glad I chose Pinar Hotel. I recommend to everyone.

This property is situated in a convenient location, close to all local amenities. The owner of the property was very friendly and helpful to us. Very kind man. All the information was provided to us. During our stay the hotel was under refurbishment despite this, the hotel was clean and provided everything we requested. I would definitely recommend to all my friends and families to stay in this hotel.

Great hotel to stay in Pamukkale
This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The owner and manager was very hospitable and knows english well. It is so far the best place we (7 of us) have stayed in Turkey. If you don't have a car, it will be a bit harder to get to the top of the mountain, especially if you are trying to go to the south gate, which is much closer to the salt baths. We came in April, so it is fairly chilly, but the water is warm. The hotel is very clean and professional, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms do not stink like some other places. There is a soccer field and park right in front for the kids, there are restaurants, pharmacy, and market near by. Don't expect much from Pamukkale because it is a small city, but we were very pleased with the hotel. The food was good too.

Séjour agréable, bien accueilli, endroit propre, piscine tranquille. Très déçu petit déjeuner ou ont demandé un jus ou de l’eau et il faut payer un extra. Pas de frigo dans lés chambres. 30 € seulement pour laver nos habits pás de repasse-se j’ai trouvé cela três abusif de lá part de l’hôtel

Nous vous avons dit le prix dès le début, pas par la force, et vous l'avez accepté. le linge est une demande spéciale et son prix est aussi spécial.. nous n'avons pas à laver gratuitement vos sous-vêtements sales... cela vous a été dit au préalable et vous avez donné votre linge en l'acceptant....

Otel küçük bir aile işletmesi, odalar çok temizdi. Banyonun biraz bakıma ihtiyacı var, duşakabin üzerimize düşüyordu, musluk problemliydi.Genel çevre düzenlemesi şirin, atmosfer olarak iyiydi ancak yemekleri çok kötü ve aşırı pahalı.Hiç bukadar kötü yemeğe bu kadar çok para ödememiştim. Yemeklerin neredeyse hepsini kedilere verdik...

We have booked one large room for our family, including my pregnant wife and 2 little chidlren. Instead of that, when we came to the hotel at 9.00 p.m., we received 2 single rooms, one with bad smelling bath room (smell of fungi). The site of hotels.com promised us the check in registration till midnight. However, the owner of the hotel believed that the check in registration ended at 7.30 p.m. and disposed of the larger room in favour of somebody else. The only reason for which we came to Pamukkale was to see its main tourist attraction which closed at 8.00 p.m. We hoped we would retain the larger room. Anyway, the owner was friendly and helped me to carry our begs from the car and at the check out. The breakfast was also Okay.

Nous sommes arrivé tard, à 3 heures du matin et le propriétaire nous a accueilli immediatement. L'hôtel est top, l'emplacement top, le petit petit-déjeuner top, le PROPRIÉTAIRE TOP. Je reviendrais et je recommande l'hôtel sans hésiter !!! 20/20

Petit hotel familial, nous avions l'hotel pour nous tout seul, dommage que ce n'était que pour une nuit, nous étions de passage, petite piscine sympa, à 100 mètres petit épicier, terrain de foot et jeux pour enfants. Il y a un petit jardin avec une balancelle, nous avions la chambre de 7-8 personnes au rdc donc avec une terrasse table et chaises donnant sur la piscine. Chambre très propre avec deux salles de bains, moyennement équipé, par contre peut être un ou deux lits qui grinçaient et les clims un peu fatiguées. Franchement pour une ou deux nuits lors d'une halte pour Pamukkale c'est parfait.

Pinar hotel is very pleasant place to stay in pamukkale. The swimming pool and the outdoor area is really refreshing during the hot days. It is pretty close to the entrance on the park, the room was big and very cleaner. Most of all the owner has been very welcoming and helpful during our stay.

Bei diesem Hotel stimmt der Preis, es ist zwar im gesamten etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist es auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Terrible night with no hot water for shower water
The location is good because it is near to the mini-bus station and scenery. However, some incidents was happed during our stay. First, all the light turned off suddenly for about 10 minutes. We were very scared for staying in the darkness. We tried to approach to the owner for the reason but his replies was disappointed with only “I don’t know”. Luckily, the light turned on after minutes later but the experience was terrible for us. Second, there was no hot water for shower. It was also terrible for us especially after riding the night bus the day before. The water was extremely cold that we could not even take a shower. But, the owner did not even try to help us to solve the problem. Having hot water for shower is just one of the basic conditions of hotel /hostel so I really hope that the hotel can improve it.

the owner reserves more tourists than has rooms. later he says sorry but I have no place for you but I will find you a hotel. only the proposed hotel is of a lower standard but for the same money.

We were highly disappointed with the room that seemed clean at the surface, but when my son dropped his toy down and we knelt to pick it up from under the bed, it was not only very dusty, but also packed with rubbish, dirt and crumbs. When we asked for the room to be cleaned the next day, they only changed the towels in the bathroom. Under the bed was exactly as we found it. In addition, there was no toilet brush in the toilet. Very small room, with no mini bar. With regards to personnel and services, breakfast was miserable, cutlery dirty and when we asked for an omelet for our son, the first day we were given one fried egg and the next day we were told it was not possible to have fried eggs, but only a boiled one.
