Great Service and Stay!

Had a great time and really enjoyed ourselves right from the point of check in with the very nice hotel receptionist that provided excellent service. She was very kind, patient, helpful and it set a great tone for the rest of our stay. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Dead mouse in the pool, took forever for someone to remove so my son had to get out. Garbage around the pool area from night before. Cuhions dirty. Bathroom SO small.

Wonderful property, great beach area, great view of the ocean lit a fire on the beach where the fire pits with wood and paper are located - great night for a fire. later in the evening told to put the fire out - something about getting permission - should probably have some signage around area regarding fires and usage. Not a huge deal

The room we stayed in had a gorgeous view of the pool and the ocean but it wasn’t cleaned properly prior to our check in. There were chips from a previous guest on our nightstand, the toilet paper roll was almost empty so they didn’t change that and makes me question how well the bathroom was cleaned in general. Our mini fridge also never got cold. We put some drinks in there Friday at check in (3pm) and when we checked out the next morning they were still completely warm. We adjusted the knob to make it colder and that still did nothing. The restaurant had gorgeous views but the food took forever to come out. Our dinner took nearly an hour from the time we ordered it and the breakfast was not as long but still awhile. For the price to stay here I would’ve expected higher quality cafe and attention to detail.

Great stay at PH, wish it was longer! Beautiful hotel, modern, clean, comfortable, every room has a gorgeous ocean view. Heated pool was perfect on a cool sunny day! Will be back for sure!

Very clean hotel. Nice pool area (thought it should be heated) with great views of the Atlantic. The rooms on the first floor are not sound proof from the rooms above them. Very new like.

We stayed for 3 nights after Christmas. It was very quiet and clean. The girl who checked us in was very kind to offer to help us carry our luggage up the steps to our room. It rained most of our stay but the room was comfortable and clean so we enjoyed the rest.

Beautiful location - lovely grounds. But basically a 1960's motel updated with HomeGoods furnishings. Liked that it did not have carpeting - flooring is much cleaner. Bathroom EXTREMELY tiny, but clean. No breakfast, no pool service, only 3 chairs at the bar. Very expensive for what you get.

Everyone was very nice. The room was super clean. I can’t wait it come back. I did not like that they diddnt tell us a wedding would take over the entire property and that we couldn’t use the beach once we moved to Pelham on main. Very disappointed.
