The staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean. Walking distance to many restaurants. However, the pool area, parking lot - need attention. They were dirty and garbage lying around - and we were there for 5 days.

This was the second time we stayed here and we enjoyed it. It's close to University of North Texas, which is a major selling point. The rooms are clean and nice, and the staff we interacted with were friendly. My only complaint was that we didn't get our rooms tidied one day.

Airsoft trip
Went to this best Western for a airsoft trip with friends, came all the way from Missouri. The hotel was very clean, looked nice (I like the bubble wall thing in the lobby). They cleaned and rest the rooms every day, we're very friendly. Breakfast was also good, fresh scrambled eggs. The convenient location was also a huge plus. So many stores and restaurants in the same parking lot as the hotel basically.

HI Mary I am sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay. I am not sure when you are referring to the front desk in the kitchen if it was in the morning, they start the breakfast for all of the guest to enjoy.

Everything was okay except my fridge didn't work. Was there due to ice storm. Offered to move rooms right before I had to go to work which didn't have time to do. Lady at front tried to get fridge changed but couldn't

The hotel was clean and the biscuits at the breakfast were delicious. It was a very convenient location and easily accessible. Fortunately, for my kids Braun’s ice cream was a very short walk.

All good except the elevator
The staff was nice, the food was good, the room was great. The elevator scared me every time we had to get on. That thing needs some lubricant

The staff were wonderful, kind and very helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet if not a bit dated. But the bed was also very comfy. Two things that kept it from 5 star are: 1. The elevator was something out of a horror movie. It was loud and it shook and shuttered at each stop. It was kinda scary. & 2. (Nothing they can do about this) The birds. While I was there in late October, the birds in the trees were so loud and it sounded like a stadium full of birds. It was to the point of being in a science fiction movie. It was bizarre and a little scary.

Best mattress I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. Good pillows! Was disappointed that pool was already closed since temps were in 80’s. And they removed chairs too so there was no outside place to sit.

Disappointed in Denton
We have stayed here before, and the property has gone downhill in the past year. Food on the buffet was cold as no one turned the heat on to keep food warm. Bathroom condition was bad. Grout on floor was black as it should have been gray (looking under sink it was gray). Water collected on the ceiling when taking a shower. My wife is allergic to mold and if we were staying longer than 2 nights, we would have had to move to another property do to her reaction. Also, the room that we were in had peeling paint. On the up side front desk and cleaning people were friendly.

The room was so comfortable and had the best sleep with the most comfortable pillows! Room was so nice and staff was accommodating! Best Western inn has my business for sure.

Awesome except for hearing noises in hallway and c
Great stay. Walls are a little thin. A couple next door woke me up fighting at 8:30 am and kept fighting until 11:30 am. We could hear people in the hallway and doors opening/closing. Everything was great other than those two things that both involve noise.
