Ice machine on our floor was broken, very inconvenient. And the room next to us the people were up all night and we could hear everything. Very thin walls.

The overnight rate for the valet is $59, so don't be surprised like I was. Public parking is across the street, but I didn't want to use it at night. The valet called me three times at 7 a.m. to ask if I had the key to my car: I couldn't get to the phone quickly enough to answer the first two times. ...
