Clean and comfortable extended stay hotel. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I really like that the doors to the lobby automatically open and the entry from the lobby to the elevator area and 1st floor rooms is open instead of needing to use a card key to get beyond the lobby.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the building's location was perfectly tucked away but not too far from major retail and restaurants. The beautiful park located north of the building across the street is a plus. I plan to return soon!

Bring your own towels; theirs will leave a white residue and cloth bits on your skin (I tried multiple towels). They have a smart TV in the room, the property was quiet, walking distance to Chipotle and local restaurants, and small driving distance to both Walmart and other shopping centers. The property was very clean EXCEPT for the far right stairwell. Staff was all very friendly. Check and make sure you prepay for this property, Expedia did not bill the entire amount and it surprised me when I had a multi-hundred dollar balance.

Got a room near a stairwell and the noise & banging doors was terrible. Talked to the manager the next morning and the rest of my stay (1 week) was nice. Save a buck. The place is clean and if something doesn’t work, just ask.

Delayed at check in due to computer issues with the front desk, the front desk staff was greately apologetic and kind, not his fault. Got to room to discover there was nothing in the kitchen for cooking or eating. Nothing at all. The room had a full kitchen but no utensils, flatware, cookware. Received an email after I checked in, not after the initial reservation to state these items were not provided. This would have been an 8 night stay, these items were necessary and the main reason I booked. I communicated immediately with Expedia, I would stay 1 night and check out the following morning and was requesting a refund for the remaining days. Expedia was great. They called the front desk and were told they had to speak with a manager. I checked out the next day, with the faith for a refund. Approximately 2 weeks later, Expedia emails me to say they have had no success contacting the manager. I also followed up directly with customer service on the website and have had no response after 2 attempts. Extremely poor customer service. Internet was advertised as cutting edge and fast. Not the case. Issues logging from the room and then once online, extremely slow speeds. I am a freelance photographer and needed to upload my work. Wasn't going to happen at this hotel. Additionally, desk chair stained, shelves in the room were broken, the floor laminate was peeling up in several places. Overall, one of my worst experiences whilst traveling with a hotel.

Clean room. The desk clerk was helpful. Check in was easy. But the communication to property management was terrible. I sent several emails and messages on the Expedia site and never got a response. The hot water went out for over a week and had to take cold showers. It’s still not fixed up to par. And still no response from management.
