"Room was clean, and reasonable size, bathroom was a little dated but functional. Leisure facility was good. Staff were attentive and polite, only down side was the foor in the restaurant was expensive for the quality"

"The waiting and bar staff were lovely but the same cannot be said of the reception lady who was very unfriendly and not at all helpful. The food and drink were very overpriced although we did have a nice meal. The menu is limited though."

"Great easy hotel Perf for Alton towers has a really nice pub opposite it which did a carvery has petrol station and a breakfast and Asian cafe also great room was fine no hair dryer tho and small shower not in a bathroom and toilet was in a cupboard "

"Arrived at 0030. Staff in hand to assist with paying fur parking and check in. Room clean. Dove products a nice touch. Even an iron. Bed comfy. Breakfast well laid out and well stocked/replenished. Would defiantly stay again if flying from East Miss Airport. "

"I've stayed at the Stuart a number of times over the last 20 years and each time, it's slightly less good than the last. To be honest I'm not sure why it's in Best Western's portfolio; I think it needs a proper makeover. My colleague and I didn't eat in the hotel in the evening; the menu was basic and there was no atmosphere. Breakfast was pretty good, to be fair. The room was clean and comfortable, though the shower (room 125) was small and awkward; it didn't have an internal fan, and the door kept closing, which was annoying. All in all the whole place seems 'tired'; it really could be so much better."
