"Lovely old property, it was right for us within nice walking distance to darley park for a concert( 20 mins). Very quiet area, slept lovely, comfy bed and pillows. We didn't eat there so can't comment on the food. Perhaps needs a bit of tlc and promoting as it didn't seem busy and really should be.
