"Very charming and spotless room. The only issue was to be informed the swimming pool was closed. This should be informed during the reservation. In the beginning of the Autumn - 1st October was very hot in Menaggio ( 24oC ). After an argument with the reception they accept for me to use the swimming pool. A lot of rules regarding the restaurant area and guest areas. The approach was quite rude and confuse in my opinion."

Whether we were sipping coffee at breakfast or watching the sunset over the water, the scenery never got old. The location couldn't be better. The ferry terminal is just a short walk away, which made day trips effortless with no parking or taxis needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a relaxing getaway with easy access to the water. We'll definitely be back!"
