there’s no bugs at least, but the rooms need quite a bit more deep cleaning. There is lots of dust in the windowsills hand prints on the window, smears and finger/hand prints on the mirrors, make up smears on some of the counters, some leftover hair in places, crumbs on the bed upon first entering. ...

I returned my cabin keys when I checked out, but they never returned the key deposit hold on my credit card. When i called to follow up they played dumb and accused me of not returning my keys.
