"The room was was acceptable, the showers need more cleaning where the tile meets the tub as there was a buildup of brown gunk around the perimeter. The towels had long strings of hir in them when unfold so we had to ask for many replacement towels and they charged me twice. I was charged by expiedia and the hotel after they confirmed that my booking was though expedia. When brought to the hotels attention they arrused us the charges would fall of but they didn't. When the charge posted they said they would refunded the charge but it still has not been refunded. I may have to file a complaint to my bank to get my money back, so be careful. "

"Excellent, clean rooms. Beds a bit a soft. Nice walkable area. Coffee shop coffee and food subpar. "

"The. only thing is i felt thr water pressure for the shower was weak. The scramble eggs were very watery a nd the gravy was terrible.The staff was excellent. "

"The ladies who womanned the desk were much better than the middle-aged man who was there at times. The microwave in our room didn't work and he promised to send maintenance, but they never arrived. I also told himi the water fountain filter needed to be replaced, but that wasn't done, either, until I told the red-haired desk lady and she got it done almost immediately. The bed was too low and my wife couldn't get out of it without me giving her a boost. Also, the roll-in shower needs better water control; the entire bathroom floor got soaked. On the bright side, it's a very clean and new property. The room was spacious and contained a huge amount of storage space, which was very nice. The AC cooled the room very well, although bathroom ventilation is a bit weak. The bathroom nightligh is a great feature."

"This place was horrible. The staff lied said that things were available, and when you arrive, they were not the amenities were not available as say the main reasons of why we came to this specific property things are broken. It looks like for years, never been thought of to be fixed"
