"Started bad when I booked as a disabled guest that couldn't do stairs & they put me on 1st floor with a broken lift... Their answer was at 9pm after a long journey was to put me in their other hotel a 10min walk away (HELLO DISABLED), made them carry my bags up & I struggled in pain upstairs... Room & bed was old & outdated.. had no double glazing & had a gate banging outside all night.... Had lots of random wires hinging down in the room... Thought it would be nice to have a full sized bath in the room but couldn't get any hot water.. pillows were so thin I had 4 stacked up & was still not enough... Met up with colleague in the morning who was also in the hotel & she also had similar bad experiences... Tried to talk to reception in morning to ask for refund as was so angry about stay but they spoke very little English it was pointless... Definitely won't stay again & won't recommend... On my companies blacklist"
