"The room was very small. The bathroom floor was one step higher than the room, which could be dangerous when one gets up at night to use it due to poor lighting and sleepiness. However, these are all minor issues comparing with what we encountered upon check-in at the front desk. We were told that while Expedia informed the hotel of my reservation, it didn't send the payment to the hotel, so I had to pay to the hotel. I made a credit card payment as demanded, and recieved only a credit card...

Nos recibió Manuel, el día que llegamos super tarde, y nos esperaba para acomodarnos, sabía muy bien que íbamos con una niña pequeña, así que un muy buen recibimiento. Los dormitorios muy bien aseados y se notaba que estaban bien fumigados, sin insectos ni nada, a pesar de estar en la selva, las comidas del restaurante muy buenas en relación calidad y precio.
