"Just phenomenal. Everything about this place is wonderful. Staff is easy to communicate with. The attention to detail is so appreciated. It's so clean and quiet. My Goodness, the beds are soft and comfortable. Having split rooms with a group was great. I would highly recommend this place. I couldn't say one bad thing about it. "

"I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay after trekking or touring the Maras salt mines, the Sacred Valley, or Machu Picchu. We stayed here after our four-day trek on the Inca Trail. The staff were friendly and very accomodating, the property is beautiful, the beds are very comfy, the water pressure is amazing, the hot tub experience was divine, the views are spectacular, and the food was wonderful. "A very warm welcome, excellent Customer Service, shown to my room, spacious, clean and well presented. Great supply of hot water, toiletries typical Peruvian with bar of soap and v. small shampoo conditioner. Clean towels every day. Great breakfast. And great Customer Service on leaving with the Manager insisting on carrying my bags out to the taxi. Wouldn’t hesitate on recommending?"

"Some people say the property is great, but it’s too far from everything. I disagree! It’s a 15 minute uber from anything. So nice to return to a calm, quiet, and really nice place after a hectic day of being a tourist! I would stay here again. Also, staff are genuinely kind, caring and helpful. Stay here, you won’t regret it. The photos are accurate, the place is nice. "
