"A great hotel situated at the best end of the promenade offering beautiful views of the sea and flame towers (sea view rooms). Breakfast is lavish and the staff go out of their way to accomodate different food choices (we are vegetarians). Only on one day room was not serviced and had to remind them for it."

"Check in was easy and welcoming. However, the keycard did not work and I called reception and then I had to go back downstairs for them to actually register the keycard. The facilities were good with a nice and spacious gym and pool with a refreshing water machine to drink at your disposal. There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants in this hotel but not much around the area. The most disappointing thing would have had to have been the breakfast service. "I was offered a nice room with a sea view immediately upon arrival. Everything seemed to work. Room cleaning was okay, but I think they did not use vacuum cleaning often or left some areas dusted. Once I was almost denied pool access at 10:00 pm, although the reception said they close at 10:30. Breakfast was very modest and same everyday. "

"Hilton in Baku is maybe the best hotel in the area. Especialy during our stay 18-22.april.2024 we are very content from: - beds in the room and cleanliness - last two floors are magnificient - personel - we'd like to mention especially: 1) "bell boy" name Azul/Azil ?- aged appr.50-54 years). He was very helpfull on transportation and in the hotel, full with info on the city, always very kind; 2) the waiter in executive floor - name Vugar-? very kind and full with attention the clients: 3) Emil Ibrahimov - guest relation - very helpfull and kind 4) same the young lady in Spa center - very helpfull and kind. Hope we'll have the pleasure to visit again Baku and holel Hilton. eng. Lubomir Tochkov Ph.D econ. Margarita Yoneva ( both from Bulgaria ) "
