"In the future for ever adult staying in a room there should be 2 wash rags one for your face & one for your body. You shouldn’t have to ask for an extra wash rag. Especially when you put 3/4 towels in a room so that you can dry off."

"Had an amazing stay at Hard Rock Los Cabos! The rooms were clean and spacious, the red pool was amazing for the my 5 year old. The staff was great shout out Lorena from the entertainment team made my daughter’s birthday extra special by announcing her birthday at the night show and was personally attentive to us! Also, shout out to Katy from the entertainment team came up to us pool side and made bracelets for my daughters. Had an overall great experience! "

"We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. The timeshare sales folks did try to get us scheduled for a 90 min appt the following morning which we politely declined and were never approached again. The rooms and the grounds are very clean. It is evident that the staff takes great pride in pleasing the guests. We would return to this property for sure!"
