Service is exceptional, attitude of the staff is great and easy to approach. Cleanliness is very good, housekeeping did a very good job. Our stay was a very comfortable and pleasant one, just like before. Maraming salamat to all the hardworking staff there. We look forward to staying there again.

Near beach. Have swimming pool. Spacious room. Good view. Near town for street food - flag down a tricycle Php 20 (Jan 2018); Php 40 if take one in the queue outside resorts. Good selection of cable channels. Safe provided in room. Good balcony. Near dive shops and whale shark centre.
Weakness include:
(1) Blanket is a thin bed sheet
(2) Drinking water top up in restaurant only - no water cooler or kettle
(3) WiFi in restaurant area only - if room near restaurant, some weak signal...

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The place is well-kept and the staff are helpful and nice. This is a good place to stay if you just want to relax. But if one is looking for a nice place to snorkel (like us), see more of the underwater... you might need to go somewhere else. The visibility underwater is very poor at least the time we were there.

I booked 2 rooms for myself and my friends for few days. The breakfast buffet food was nice. Hotel room is clean and bathroom as well. They serve distilled water in a unique “bottle”. Hotel receptionist named Nicole was super nice, from check in to check out, she arranged my hotel-airport transfer. I went back to the hotel to get some stuff that I’ve forgotten to pack when I checked out. Thank you!

our stay was worth what we paid for. the room was cozy and the food (filipino breakfast) is good. the staff are friendly and courteous. the lobby though is too warm. when i asked them, they explained that it's the owner's decision to have natural air in lobby. but in my mind, i think they are trying to cut cost due to non-peak period and weather is just too hot.
