"First room had so much air freshener it triggered my wife’s asthma staff stated that was corporate policy. Asked for another room that had been cleaned and not to spray air freshener. They were able to accommodate but in that room the toilet was stopped up and had toilet paper in it, toilet over flowed into the floor. Maintenance finally came and unplugged toilet. Waited and waited for house cleaning never showed up so I called front desk they had gone for the day and this wasn’t long after lunch. So maintenance came back to clean the floor. Just moved water around as no mop bucket so that little swiffer thing didn’t do much. I cleaned it with one of your towels. The beds were so terrible and hard , lumpy and we chose to make the 3.5 hour drive back home Saturday night after the wedding we attended. Got home after midnight instead of sleeping in a hotel room that was paid for. It’s the world we live in make promises and no one from corporate actually knows what’s going on and doesn’t care either. You use these surveys to most of your job for you because you don’t have enough integrity,character or work ethic to do it yourself. Entitled workforce. The breakfast was as fake and cheap as you could find to buy."
