"The staff was very welcoming. We checked in late, which we were told was not a problem. Some friends drove up and met us at this hotel. We asked if we could play cards in the breakfast area. They told us yes. The young man at the desk offered us water. We felt welcomed and at home."

"This was a very clean and inviting hotel. The pool was nice for my family and had very clear water. They had contemporary Christian music playing and Bibles throughout which made me feel at home. The breakfast had plenty of options and was well made. I would recommend this place."
Westgate Branson Woods Resort and Cabins

"Pros- It's tucked away from the strip so it's quiet. I loved that it had so much to do on the property. The pool was nice and the mini golf was set up nicely and kid friendly. The room was pretty cute and we liked that there was a market on the property. The front desk was helpful and everyone was kind. The walking trail was cool. It's also gated and has security check in so that's nice. Cons- The room wasn't that clean. It wasn't filthy but not exactly clean. It was obviously not swept which made me wonder how much effort is actually put into preparing for a new guest. The beds are rock hard, like really hard. The Starbucks is nice but the same person who checks people out for the market items is also the barista so wait times are long even if you're just grabbing one item and no Starbucks. I don't believe the person working the market is at fault, it's just poor design. The employee was kind and did their best. The outdoor pool isn't nearly big enough for all the guests. There are no lifeguards which I thought was strange. There was an abundance of teens acting pretty wild and kids playing rough with no adult supervision. A lifeguard is absolutely necessary in such a crowded area. They don't have a single vending machine on the property but sell an abundance of liquor at the market. That was weird. There are no sidewalks which makes driving around kind of dangerous because people are in the road. There are uneven parts of the ground while walking up to the stairs at the hot"

"Great place to stay. I love the personal balcony. We came for Christmas and the 4th of July and both times we loved staying here. Won’t stay anywhere else while in Branson."

"At the front desk were helpful offering discounts on tickets. Pool open 24hours. Eat breakfast there instead., went down hurts donuts, but you can walk across the street for dinner into the right and left breakfast lunch dinner spot, family, and couples"

"Very clean property, great privacy in a booming tourist town, 10 min drive to just about anything you want to do in Branson. Once pool is renovated, we will likely be back."
