"My car was damaged by the valet at my stay here in September. I reported it to Hilton and filed a claim a month later. Called for months to try and get help with the situation. Only to be told that too much time had lapsed and I hadn’t filed a claim, when I absolutely did! Hilton took no responsibility for this not an I’m sorry here’s where to take your car to be fixed, here’s a free stays to help make things right. I received nothing from them in any way except a headache. When I arrived this trip I was told they no longer offer valet they’ve had so many issues with it!!
I’ve stayed here several times and it is always a very nice hotel with clean, safe, nice rooms, this time was different. We were placed in a room that looked like it was mangled. That’s why I gave it a lower score and I’m still upset over my car! "
