"The room was disgusting walls were covered in dirt, toilet handle was hanging out, beds were diabolical and there was no heating. I can say definitely 1 of the worse hotels ive actually stayed in. The only pro was the staff were amazing, very kind and friendly and tried to help where they could but shouldnt be like that. Also advertised they had a restaurant but that wasnt open. For the price its at i definitely wouldnt recommend. The beds were awful huge dips in the mattresses. And we wasnt in a room we booked."

"First thing first, Reception guy was not welcoming or friendly at all. Then in room lights turn on and off automatically, moreover too much heating in the room and cooling system isn't working properly. Last thing i face is that receptionist who checked me in booked a safety money 50£ and said you can claim it when checking out, while checking out staff was changed and she doesn't know where he put my money and ask me mangers are saying if you can wait for an hour so he'll give me my money back. Anyhow she tried her best and find my money envelope after 10 minutes. Hotel is only ok not too much luxury as rated."

"Parking is all residential until 6.30 pm lots of shops nearby and big shopping centre 15 mins away"

"Great clean room, ideally located in Wembley only a short walk away from Wembley Park station. Would highly recommend "

"Room looked very nice however smelt damp . We had to contact reception to change our room as the smell was awful . Staff were nice and helpful . Parking is not reasonable as everytime we arrive and leave the premises must pay £15 . Water bottle costed me £9.50 in hotel room , very expensive. Location is very good as located in the Wembley outlet . Overall would rate 4stars."

"Staff were excellent and rooms were clean and spacious. We had a family room with 2 double beds. Breakfast and food as a whole were brilliant. Great location too being only 2 to 3 minute walk to the bus stop and 5 mins walk from kilburn park underground. "
