Staff was helpful in letting me change rooms when the wifi wasn’t great in my first room, which I greatly appreciated. "古いスタイルの豪華なホテル。プールもいつでも入れて、ショッピングモール直結。朝食もメインは日替わりで入れ替わる。 チェックアウト前日は、部屋清掃をスキップされたがタオルは新しいのをくれました。 部屋と同じフロアは、毎日イベント（結婚式）を、やっていましたが騒がしくはありません。 スタッフの方は皆親切でした。 また泊まりたい。"

"I was happy with my stay here - clean bathroom, spacious bedroom, friendly staff. The hotel is within walking distance to the Royal Regalia Museum, the Saifuddien mosque & the Yayasan shopping mall. The hotel arranged for a private tour for me for a reasonable price which included the city tour & tour of Kampong Ayer & the mangove forest. There is also a complimentary shuttle to the Gadong Night Market. I would stay here again."
