"Great room, loved the decor. Location was amazing, great river views, dinning options next door with walking distance to downtown. Marble Falls is a beautiful city and this Hotel allows you to really make the most of your stay. Staff is super nice and veru accomidating. Breakfast was surprisingly really good as well. We'll def be back!"

"The room was clean and had everything we needed. The only real issue was operating the air conditioner. There seemed to be three settings: cool, heat, and dry. It was on "dry" when we arrived and it was very cold in the room. Changing the temperature setting did not make a difference. I tried switching to "cool" which did make it less frigid, but it also weirdly made the room feel more humid. We were never able to get it adjusted to a comfortable setting. During the night I changed it back to the "dry" setting to make things less humid, but despite setting the temperature setting to 72, when we got up in the morning the room temperature was actually at 55 degrees. Though the beds were comfortable, there just wasn't a heavy enough comforter or blanket to keep you warm and able to sleep."

"Our stay overall was enjoyable, the bed was comfortable, the pool refreshing. The hotel maintenance could be improved - the door kick plates were worn and scuffed, the room smelled musty, the wired in blow-dryer did not work and the front desk had no portable to use. The breakfast was a good value and had good selection of hot and cold items. Despite the property being older, I would recommend to others."

"The staff was friendly and check-in was easy. The room was comfortable. The bathroom floor was sticky making me think it had not been mopped recently. Black mold surrounded the grout in the shower. The hallway carpets throughout were filthy. Heavy, dark dirty stains were present; worst in front of the elevator."

"My only complaint was the difficulty with the TV. Very confusing. Guests that also stayed at this hotel reported having the same difficulties. Only 1 elevator was operating and it was incredibly slow."

"LOVED this inn! The lady helping me(I do not want to butcher the spelling of her name) was so thoughtful and helpful! Her & her family set a bench up right in front of the inn so we could have a front row view for an amazing fireworks show! Will def be going back!"
