"It’s a great resort. Met amazing people and enjoy the service. Lalo in the pool with a bar was super attentive and remember how I like my drink. 10 out of 10"

"It was a great stay, cozy, warm, tasty. The only downside is that they include 15% in every service ( even if you buy a coffee at the counter, a bottle of water or get the food that is already included ( all inclusive) in your package. The more food you eat , the more gratitude you pay. So I started thinking of limiting eating and drinking while being on all inclusive package, as I would end up paying 15% on top of every little thing !!! I guess that is how business work here. They probably don’t pay a l out to employees, really low wages, but this 15% is the only reason why they work. "

"Food was really good. Restaurant food was really amazing. Family resort. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Staff is Amazing!!Many activities for family. We will definitely be returning. "
