"It was the worst experience I had in my trip to Italy. Property condition unacceptable and people working there which I want to remark Leticia and Martina , very unprofessional. Martina doesn’t have manners and she was very disrespectful she doesn’t have skill to work with customer service. She should be fired. Only one thing I need to remark it is the beautiful view to the sea from the hotel . Also Expedia needs to be sure about Hotels condition before to publish those on the website this...
