"Very noisey people up in the middle of the night talking on second floor outside balcony both nights of our stay The water would trickle only out of sink faucet .The pool was closed and was in the 90s waiting for the city to inspect before opening .It's very busy motel that acomonated the work force.Was a satisfactory stay "

"The hotel is perfectly fine, clean, well-appointed- the staff is not very accommodating. We pulled into valet, and the valet manager (surprisingly) didn’t say a SINGLE word to us. No “welcome to the hotel, are you checking in, etc.”, nothing. The girl at the front desk asked if we would be valeting the car, and I told her I would like to but the man outside hadn’t said a word to us. She said he was just quiet. Ok, strange, but ok. Then we went down to dinner at Smokehouse Abilene. We stood at the host stand for 10 minutes without anyone there. My husband had to walk and find someone to seat us? Our waitress was wonderful, the food was meh. Our room was comfortable, shower is tiny and the water pressure was awful. All in I give it a 5/10 and that’s what I get for expecting more from $450+ a night!"

"I did the toilt flush test and it overflowed. I had to turn the fixture valve off before flooding the floor. After notifying the front desk i requested a refund and went elsewhere. The email notification from the hotel stated i paid cash which i did not. I pid via credit card. So if i don't get refunded I'll be filing a complaint."

"Tub didn’t drain. Non functional lamp @ bedside. Vent in bathroom is barely hanging on. Soap tray in shower broken. Door in bathroom has room is hole repair. I had a non-smoking room (as I don’t smoke) my neighbor did! It wasn’t a $100 room."
