I broke my phone during my trip and the lady that runs it went out of her way to help me order a taxi ride on a local ride app with her phone to make sure I got the airport safely to get home. She didn’t speak English but that didn’t stop her being a great person and helping me out. Showers could use more warmer water but overall not issues "

There was still half a bottle of water from a previous guest in the room. This could be a nice place to stay, but there is little attention to details: Bathroom door scrapes across the floor and is difficult to open. No ventilation in the room. Not even a fan! "The pool is excellent the beachfront is nice and the rooms are decent especially the shower. Our room was not cleaned once during a 3-day stay and the breakfast while free is of poor quality. We made several requests of the staff and they were able to fulfill some of those."
