"We stayed June 12-14 for a family reunion. When we arrived the lady at the front desk was so sweet and kind. I couldn’t remember her name but she did let us know she’d be there until the end of her shift and could help with anything.
Room was good. The A/C was nice and cool and the bed was comfortable. However I didn’t like the cigarette smell, sheets didn’t seem or smell clean they smelled like cigarettes as well. Luckily I had spray to get the smell out.
The lady at breakfast the following morning. Cindy she was wonderful. She was so kind and was making sure everything was clean, stocked and ready for people to use. She even took my plate for me it was so kind.
The pool and hot tub were accessible when we were there and it looked nice and clean. We didn’t swim since we were doing family reunions activities. Cleanliness of room 7/10 Staff 10/10 Breakfast 10/10 Check in and out 10/10
Also would like to add how the rate of the room was a fair price as well so couldn’t complain with that either"
