"For the price its good value if you like a place with no facilities and the closest shops a 10 minute walk away..Bathroom was clean but only one tiny container of soap/ shampoo and conditioner...Bed was big and hard but quite comfortable..No English TV stations. No English spoken at reception or anywhere else..To communicate you will need a translation app or something similar..No one at reception on arrival and I had to sit and wait for at least 10 minutes till someone showed up..Then they did...

"If you’re looking for a warm, stress-free stay near Bangkok airport, I can’t recommend Siam Mandarina Hotel enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely at home — incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful in every interaction. A special thank you to the manager, Korn, who went above and beyond. He always knew when we were coming and going, made sure our room was ready, and we never had to wait for anything. That level of care is rare and meant so much after long travel days. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. Honestly, some of the most comfortable beds we’ve had anywhere in Thailand! It’s also incredibly convenient to the airport, which made our travel days so much easier. One of the biggest highlights: they safely held our bags while we traveled around Thailand, so we could move freely without carrying everything with us. That kind of thoughtful service made a huge difference. Truly a wonderful, homey place with people who genuinely care. We’re so grateful for the experience and would stay again in a heartbeat."
