10/10 Excellent

"Great location. Right at the edge of the Gaffer District, meaning it was a very short walk from our room to the end of the GlassFest block party. A short walk to the bus stops for the Corning Museum of Glass, and not a very long walk (about a mile) to the museum itself, which is very pleasant when the weather is nice. The parking lot was crowded (Memorial Day weekend), but I had no problem finding a spot. The hotel staff said that they would issue overnight permits for the municipal lot next door for any guest who could not find a spot in the hotel lot, which is wonderful."

"This is a budget hotel, so I can understand that you get what you pay for. But the primary issue is not the leaking roof, dirty hallways, or the lack of any sort of employee. The main issue for me is that I booked a larger room with a balcony, king bed, and then sleeper couch. When I arrived, I discovered that I was put into a single room with a king and no balcony. I was traveling with more than one person, so the sleeper couch was important. When I contacted the management (you can only do this by text or else they never pick up), I was told that they were sorry but they booked my room to someone else and they were unwilling to change it during my stay. Needless to say, it was upsetting. But what do you expect for $70 a night?"

"Def avoid. Rooms were not clean, shower does not drain. Just to wash my face, the water was already up to my ankles. Asked them to fix the drain the following day and they did not. The one hook in the bathroom was falling off, doesnt even hold the towel up. The furniture were peeling, half the outlets didn't even work. The pillows were so thick, it strained my neck. Had to hike the next 2 days with a stiff neck. And the breakfast was very poor with barely any variety. The coffee was not hot, the creamers and jams provided were mediocre, barely any fruit. Just apples and toast. Only good thing was they had a waffle maker."
