Inconsistencies in listing, automatic message after booking, and information provided by host upon arrival. There was no way to use the TVs when we arrived (host did order in a remote after I called - with wrong batteries of course). No wifi password listed. I had to call for that as well. "The motel staff were friendly and welcoming. Our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Time and weather did not allow us to enjoy breakfast, the pool or view of the Kings Island Fireworks show. Shuttle service was a fantastic bonus."
