"The property, location, and staff were all exceptional. We experienced a few minor issues that were beyond anyone’s control, but the staff maintained a consistently positive and professional attitude and kept management informed. Management followed up promptly and remediated the issues due to the inconveniences. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay, offering a prime location, a beautiful property, and outstanding staff."

"The room was clean, but the staff members were rude and seemed to have an attitude every time we spoke with them. The air conditioning worked, although it could have worked a little better. One of the biggest issues was that the hotel ran out of towels. We asked the front desk and were told our room was marked as “urgently needing towels” and that they would bring some as soon as possible, but we never received any. It was very frustrating because it is hard to understand how a hotel runs out of towels for guests."

"The young lady that checked me in was very polite, professional,excellent customer service she deserves a raise! The lobby was cleaned very nicely, Our room was spacious, breakfast was great the cooks were polite and very professional! If traveling I recommend staying there…."
