"I didn't even stay because I had 2 kids with me and yall wouldn't even let me check in with them. I deserve a refund bc room wasn't even used but I guess yall need the money more than I needed shelter for the night. I'll never use or recommend ur hotel again"

"It was very dirty when I got into my hotel room. Tiny hairs on the walls, stains on the bedsheets, it looked like it hasn’t been swept at all, stains on the curtains, and the walls were dirty. Literally the only thing that looked clean enough was the toilet. The tv wouldn’t work at all. The only thing that was decent was the air conditioning."

"For this to be rated an 8 in Expedia is really a shame. This property has clearly had some kind of major water problem. It was after looking/smelling 3 rooms, did we finally settle on the 4th. We’re grateful that Robin was on staff that evening! She did everything she could do to find us a room that was not totally musty/moldy smelling. These rooms are so dark and dated, the property needs a major renovation. After returning from a quick bite, I went to shower but there was NO hot water, it wasn’t even warm. This was also brought up to Robin but after some investigation, she was not able to fix the problem. We still had NO hot/warm water this morning. I’m very thankful it was one night, otherwise I would’ve refunded anything further. It’s a shame this property was so misrepresented."

"Location was great for local restaurants.and close to the interstate. Room was immaculate and lovely toiletries. The big downside.was the breakfast, everything was cold, they only had 1 slice of bread at 730am and the waffle mix was so runny it didn't bake properly! The member of staff in the breakfast area was very blaze about the bread situation, which was surprising especially since there were supermarkets close by that they could have got some!"

"Everything was very clean! Only issue is the elevator broke for part of our stay- but they got it resolved quickly! Staff was friendly, in a safe area, we took our child to a concert in little rock and this was the perfect place to stay. There is a Scooter's coffee right across from the hotel. Overall a great stay! Safe feeling."
