The staff are what make this a luxury hotel

"I stay in a lot of hotels for work and there are many luxury hotels. But often the service does not match the price. This is absolutely not the case with the W. The hotel is stunning and the service is exceptional. The staff go above and beyond. Every single person we encountered was fantastic. Would happily stay again. Planning our just visit. "
