Not enough space in the rooms/bathroom, would have liked a bathroom with a sink separate to the other sink. Also a closet as well. Housekeeping only 3 days a week but still didn't clean our room fully. Not convenient to have the iron at the reception area and ironing our clothes in the hallway. Bed was very comfy! Staff were very nice and friendly.

The standout for us was the staff — they were very responsive and attentive. We had an issue with a smoking smell in the hallway at night, and the team acted quickly by addressing the issue with the responsible guest and offering us a room change.
