Phone in the room didn’t work and when I told them the response was “we know.” No kettle or cooking amenities provided in the room, had to request for a kettle. Had to book an extra night and did so on another platform, the only room available was a larger more expensive room but reception would not move me to the room I paid for. Had to request the room to be cleaned but once done no new toiletries or towels provided.

Loved staying here. Was central so easy to get around and close to transport spots. The property itself was beautiful and clean. Great size room for 3 of us with a handy kitchenette. The few times we needed to talk with the staff they were only to happy to help.

Good location, was going to the airport. Staff super friendly and helpful. Restaurant was over-priced and there was hair in the shower. Otherwise, overall comfortable stay and quiet considering it was right next to the airport.

I really like the facilities provided in that you have the option to prepare your own meals, or dine in the hotel restaurant. Also the rooms are ample in size and very modern in style. I find the only drawback was the off-site parking which while discounted, is still somewhat inconvenient.
