"After a couple of months staying in various quirky medieval somewhat renovated lodgings this was a real delight - modern, clean and very comfortable. And the proprietors, couldn't meet nicer and helpful people, not to mention the authentic deli thay have downstairs. Highly recommended."

"It was horrible rainy, misty and cold. The room was cold and even through the owner brought us an extra heater & a lovely cup of tea, it never got above 17 degrees. Small room with basic facilities. Narrow stairs & struggle to get bags up to room. Restaurant nice but steak I had was tough."

"When we booked we were not told of the fun fair that was to take place. Roads around the hotel were closed off and fairground rides were within 15ft of our bedroom window. The noise was horrendous even with the window shutters closed. This did not help on a hot night with no room aircon. The hotel reception were totally disorganised and i had to search for help to book in, likewise when booking out. All the parking spaces around the hotel were filled with fairground rides. "Family of 4 short stay - we had a lovely 4 days at Le Panorama. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The lounge and dining area are very relaxing and welcoming. The rooms are ok. In need of a little modernizing but were warm and functional. The swimming pool was at the end of a strange spiral staircase but the water was warm and good after skiing. Good location with easy access to town."

"Be careful the area is crap for finding somewhere to eat, it all closes early, and we dont do Buffet's so the hotel was out. ."

"Le mieux c est l accueil et le parking… Mais, le logement ne correspond pas aux photos ! C est du vol. En effet suite à échanges à l accueil il existe 8 types d hébergement et donc avec 32 photos « expédia » on ne peut pas comprendre lesquelles correspondent au logement loué… Donc pas de plaque de cuisson, de micro onde ou de grill pain pourtant présents en photo 4… Aucun couvert, même pas un verre, un couteau ou une cuillère pourtant il y a au moins un évier et un frigo. La laverie est ? Sale...

"The check-in staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed comfortable, plenty of storage space and there was a desk with a chair - useful for working. The hotel is at the eastern end of the main street so it is a stroll to the shops and restaurants - of which there are many. Altogether a good place to stay when visiting La Bourboule."

"Niveau confort et propreté des chambres, rien à dire. Par contre quelques déceptions. Contrairement à ce qui est annoncé il n'y a pas de parking à l'hôtel. C'est stationnement gratuit mais dans les rues et en saison c'est compliqué. On devait avoir vu sur le parc, donc nous pensions avoir du calme !!! Pas du tout. Il n'y a pas de parc, c'est vu sur une église entourée d'arbres, mais surtout séparée de l'hôtel par une rue très passante et terrasses de café restaurant. Donc pas du tout calme....
