"Rooms were very clean but the restaurants were all fully booked the pool closed at 6:30pm everyday the water park the slide didn’t have any water coming down and staff was friendly but there was definitely some shady stuff going on me my sister and my cousin all paid for the same sunscreen and she charged me $32 my sister $27 and my cousin $29 all the exact one there was also a situation with two 18year old young ladies so the safety part was definitely a concern"

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Finest! The staff was very friendly and helpful! The drinks were great, but the food was not the best but I didn’t expect amazing food at an all inclusive resort. We had some trouble to start with them giving us the wrong room but it was quickly fixed. All together the trip was amazing and the property is absolutely beautiful!"

"They exceeded my expectations on every level. The check in was quick and smooth, I used the online check in, so all they had to do was give me my keys and then they took us to our room. We had a junior suite swim out and it was outstanding, the roomnwas very clean, in good condition, and the AC worked sometimes to good. The food was excellent at every restaurant, our favorite was the steak house, Mexican and surprisingly the sports bar!! The best bar to get a drink was Cielo, they had the 2 nicest bartenders, Carmen and Erika, they also made the best Bahama mammas at the resort. The beach was absolutely beautiful and there was plenty of loungers, and service on the beach was very good, and was always around. This place is a great place to stay, its very chill and relaxing!!!"

"You will not regret going with this resort. Everything was 5 star from the pools, staff, restaurant’s, rooms and so on. Really enjoyed the room service and French cuisine restaurant. Also spa was nice. If I had to say bad thing that would just be the beaches were very seaweedy while there but that could just be the season."

"The food was horrible at any of the restaurants on the complex, some of the staff was amazing but some other staff not well trained. Poor information, no amenities, the bathroom toilet was leaking water, the shower was leaking water outside the bathroom, was blood on my bed. No activity on the pool, no shows, we have to go to sleep at 10 because everything is close at 10:00 pm, I normally don't like to give bad reviews but this time it fell I need to because we paid so expensive for a service that we not received."
