Hotels with kitchenette in Estonia

"My wife left this hotel in one hour after check-in, as soon as she saw the room. The room was dirty, air-conditioner didn't work etc. As a result, she had to find a new accommodation in Tallinn, late in night. The hotel was paid for 5 days, but according to Expedia agent answer, the property manager refused to make a refund and Expedia didn't refund us. DON'T BOOK AND DON'T CONSIDER THIS PLACE."

"Konrad apartments are in the heart of downtown Tartu, nearby restaurants, museums and shopping. We stayed at a one bedroom apartment with a toddler and infant. The apartments arranged a crib at no extra cost. I would recommend Konrad to both solo travelers and families alike. The apartments have a kitchenette, WiFi, cable, washing machine and even laundry detergent is provided. There’s a parking lot 5 minute walk away, only please note that it might be difficult to find a spot there on weekends...

"Unfortunately we had a terrible stay at the Kuninga Apartments. Juha met us right on time and was very nice but the smell of the apartment made it unbearable. It is 500+ years old so a little odor is to be expected, but (maybe because of the weather as it was unusually hot) it was rank and really musty and we went into several other building as old that didn’t smell like that. Other reviews said it was quiet and clean. It was not quiet as there was a party outside in the alleyway and we did...
