I’d rather talk through it cause I copied you on the most latest email that ever that was going around did you see if by chance I have not I can take a look well in a nutshell what’s going on one of my Key accounts overpaid they double paid a bill of $769,000 and they were basically told in the first attempt to see if we could reimburse it that they needed 60 days and you reimburse it. What do you mean by that reverse reverse and they were told so the customer was told that it would take us at least 60 days to do that if we could otherwise it would just send us a credit. Customer wasn’t satisfied with that response and then I guess apparently someone in the call center said you know what you have the option file PCO complaint not a good way to end that call just FYI so the customer came to me cause I’m their account rep and said what can you do to help us so I kind of started going down the path of asking you know David Turner, and my director well he’s our director now over here in Ohio. He recommended I go to use somebody else recommended I go another route so I kind of run in parallel people here everything I’m getting back from everyone else that you’ll see in that email saying we can’t do it well I just pulled up the account and my first my first thought given the balance is that they’re lik"

"We always stay over 1 night whenever we head down south. Older hotel but always clean. The free breakfast is much better than other hotels . Sausages, eggs, waffles, assortment of muffins, toasts, bagels,etc. Fresh fruit, yogurt, juices, all are replaced constantly., and are fresh! Kids love the pool. Pet friendly, but rooms never have any odors. Price is lower than many hotels in the area. Super easy to get on and off expressways! We'll continue to stop there!"
