"The property is set back, but close to an interstate. It felt safe and secure there. "Bob" was extremely wonderful at the front desk. He is personable, courteous and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good, but it was the same every morning for the most part. It was something to get your day started. The suites are spacious and the small kitchen area is set off from the beds, which made it nice. The carpets in the rooms on the 2nd floor need to be replaced. Without the air conditioning running, the rooms had a very funky smell because of the carpeting. I had to buy air freshener and run the AC cold to tolerate the smell. I recommended to staff to ask to have them changed in the future. The beds are comfortable and the towels and bedding are clean. The couch in the room is uncomfortable, and the mattress for the pull-out couch needs to be replaced. Not comfortable at all sleeping on the pull-out. The floors in the rooms need to be cleaned better, especially in the bathroom corners. The pool area is very well maintained. The lobby and hallways are also very well maintained and very clean. Loved the color schemes in the hotel lobby, hallways and the rooms. The side door never locked though, so anybody could come in and out of that door without a hotel key, however, we felt safe there even though there seemed to be only one individual on duty in the evening. Overall, a pretty good stay at this hotel."

"The hotel was run down and needed to be updated, but it was clean. Bed was comfortable. Hours of operation for the pool is noon-9 PM, so that's a little inconvenient. The continental breakfast was minimal, but was better than nothing."

"Our room was clean and well stocked. The staff we encountered were nice and helpful. The pool looked lovely, but we didn't use it for our one night stay. Parking was sufficient and the location was good. It was right off the highway and within walkable distance to at least three restaurants. The provided breakfast was okay, but not the best we've had. Still, we appreciate that being available so we can grab a quick bite to eat before hitting the road again. The one thing that was missing was a workout room. We generally use them when we stay at a hotel, so we did miss not having that available. The price was reasonable, especially compared to other hotels that were closer to Cincinnati or Columbus."

"Hampton Inn will always be my first choice when traveling through the Washington Court House, Jeffersonville, Ohio. Hampton Inn by Hilton was the best most comfortable peaceful sleep I've had and I have stayed in all of the other hotels, Inn's whatever in that area during my travels and none matched my stay at the Hampton Inn by Hilton. "Safe stay! Staff was friendly. My only two notes would be the elevator was dirty and our shower didnt drain well but we only stayed for a night so no big deal!"
