"The room was good. Great bed. It says there’s a lounge but wasn’t open when I was there. Just FYI no elevator. I did pretty well getting to my 2nd floor room."

"Very disappointed with my stay at Comfort Inn. The room was extremely noisy, and the AC unit was detached from the wall, letting cold air and outside noise come in all night. The staff wasn’t rude, but definitely not welcoming or helpful — at one point we were basically told to stay somewhere else if we didn’t agree with the price. Overall, not a pleasant experience and not what we expected."
