"We had two rooms during our stay, and unfortunately neither had hot water for showers on either night. We reported the issue and were told to run the water for 15–20 minutes to heat up. Even after waiting that long, the water was only lukewarm at best. Breakfast was fair, the rooms were clean, and the staff was nice and understanding, which we did appreciate. However, the lack of hot water was a major inconvenience.This was a 300.00 a night room. With no compensation for the inconvenience. Overall, due to this issue, I would not choose to stay here again. "

"This BW is really tired! Needs a refresh. Didn’t get maid service during my stay. Came back to my room with dirty & wet towels on the floor and unmade beds. Front desk girl told me I was on “the list” and didn’t know why my room was not cleaned. Light bulbs not working, shower head coming out of the wall, Dirty napkins on the floor behind the bed. No sheet under the blanket…."

"Work was a bit difficult. It would be great if there was a dedicated work area even in the next door conference center. Perhaps desks with plug in for computer. The area near the coffee bar is perfect but music was playing the whole time I was there. This is not conducive to office work. "

"We stayed here because the resort looked beautiful and it was... the decor and style was amazing! Beautifully done. Unfortunately, I should have gotten the clue when we walked into the room and laying on the bedside was a white noise machine and ear plugs. Not only could we hear the trains - but we could hear our neighbors on either side fully!! Their convos and their music, they weren't loud there was just no sound barrier whatsoever in between the rooms. Until this is fixed I do not recommend this place. We were woken up both mornings super early by our neighbors - even though we were trying to sleep in. Not fun. "
