"Overall a nice hotel. My door did not close on its own, and needed to be repaired, the pipes are noisy, the walls are thin, and a few other things about the place that are easily forgotten about. The staff by far is what stands out as the best thing about this hotel. The staff was really good. Especially the valet staff, they were incredible."

"The Radisson served its purpose as an airport layover hotel. Comfortable bed, massive room, even the burger I had in the onsite restaurant was quite tasty with delicious and crispy golden fries. There is a convenient little shop that sells snacks and essentials. An airport hotel is just an airport hotel and this was just another one of many serving it’s purpose at the end of the day "

"The location of the hotel, the inviting lobby, and decent pool and patio area were the highlights. One of the two beds in our room was old and sagging. That’s not great for the back! I’m sure a few years ago the hotel was a notch up, but things just look tired and in need of a bit of extra care. We were pleasantly surprised by a fabulous dinner at the bar (from the main restaurant kitchen). The food was terrific!"

"The beds were in poor shape, hard in several places, costing my guest and myself to lose a decent night's sleep. The bathtub was extremely small, hard to get into, and lacking any handrails to assure our safety while showering. The ad featured the use of computer resources; none were available. The room rented was at a premium cost, as I intended to treat my guest to a fancy stay in a quality hotel. Shame on you, Hyatt Regency Atlanta! "

"I spent a significant amount to stay here, but unfortunately the quality of service did not meet my expectations. I booked my room months in advance and specifically requested a nice view, yet I was assigned a room on the lowest floor, far from the main compound. The restaurant service was also disappointing, as there were repeated issues with our orders and it often felt like our concerns were overlooked rather than addressed. The spa service was average at best. While the property itself has a beautiful view, the overall level of service did not match the standard I expected for the price paid."
