"I rented a suite. The suite was not available, so instead I was given a seperate room for a minor child. I was not very comfortable with that. I brought food to cook in the kitchenette for us all, but no kitchenette, so that food went to waste, and instead I had to buy dinner for 4. I also had to rent an additional room for my driver. Instead of a single suite for 3 adults and a child I had 3 rooms. One was complimentary, but I had to pay extra for the 3rd room. It was an inconvenience and...

"We were left outside for hours with no one to let us in. We had to search around for a new place to book. Also, the rooms and bedsheets were nasty and filthy. Unfortunately I didn’t get full refund. "
