"The property sends the checkin info via a link to Expedia message box. However Expedia app doesn’t allow links apparently so you can not follow the link to the checkin site. Fortunately I have my laptop so could login to the Expedia website and follow the link. If I didn’t have the laptop it would have been very hard to do the checkin. There is nobody at the property to help, no reception or front desk or anybody. It is all based on the code that is supposed to be sent you after finishing a lengthy check in process that requires uploading documents and taking photos. It would have been much easier to have the link sent as text with the explicit url to copy and paste from Expedia messages in the app. "
