"A very clean and straightforward accommodation. However, it's not a quiet spot to stay - at least not on the weekend. I stayed on a Saturday night layover to the Marianas and was awakened by young people yelling in the hallways almost hourly - probably returning from the bars."

"Loved that it is secluded away from busy and crowded streets. Beautiful setting all around. Only con was the pool is undergoing maintenance during our stay and not available for use. Would recommend stay at this location if you’re looking for a nice and quiet environment."
"Nikko was horrible and then it was fantastic! Two things can never be beat—amazing staff and amazing surroundings.
Nikko is one of the first resort hotels built on Guam and has been operating for longer than I can remember (at least 30 years), I decided on the Nikko for a 3 day, 2 night staycation with my family. The check-in experience was not the best. It took an hour to get into our room (a triple bed option). The first room was a nightmare. It was in one of the older sections which probably didn’t see a single guest over the 2 yrs that we’ve been in the ongoing COVID state of emergency.
Here is where Nikko shines. The hotel, like many other places on island, is suffering from the lack of tourism—the primary industry for the island. Despite staff shortage, the handful of workers there, from the front desk manager Rommel, to the housekeeping folks, to the life guards, to the restaurant staff—they went out of their way to hospitable. Their outstanding service will always standout in our minds as one of the best that we’ve experienced…and we’ve traveled to many, many places.
We were given a different room and finally got settled 2 hours later. The views from every angle of our room was AMAZING! Also, no mold in the new room😬.
Note—the new pool hours is 9-5 every day. This was a bummer since we didn’t get to use the pool on our first day.
The beach was paradise. Definitely worth every penny and every trouble on check in.

"This Hilton has been on Guam for over 49 years and despite the age of the hotel, the grounds and general shared areas are well maintained. However the rooms need to be upgraded since the TV in the room was small and grainy in comparison to the size of the room and there also needs to be some desk or working station in the room. There’s a lack of outlet/charging stations in the room. I’m comparison to other Hilton stays this location is deficient but the location and views are bar none better than most. "

"There is a very large parking structure on the property, but it was always full, even though the hotel was not full. There were functions taking place at the hotel, but many people were not staying there. They were just there for the party. Therefore, it forced many guests to park in the very low levels. Paying hotel guests should have the priority.
Our room was very nice and quiet.
I especially appreciated the staff for letting us check in early!!"
