"The staff are friendly and go out of their way to accommodate their guests. The management team is the best I’ve seen at any location I’ve vacationed before. The honeymoon room was set up with rose pedals, kissing doves and wine. Also, now with covid testing requirements to renter into the USA, they have a partnership with a medical clinic that comes to the hotel for rapid testing. I had NO problems at the airport boarding my plane. Did I mention...some of the BEST Haitian food I’ve ever...

"I had a great stay and wished that I had stayed longer. The views of the city were spectacular and I highly recommend you take photos of the sunrise over the city. The food was excellent and reasonable. The new owner was a delight to talk to and he informed me that all of his electricity comes from a generator since the city does not provide it. Like everywhere in Cap Haitien, constant A/C is not possible so there are times from around 8:00 pm until the morning when it works well. This hotel is a colorful oasis on the hill and a great place to drink a beer and look out over the city. It is a steep grade up the hill but I walked up and down it and enjoyed to e beautiful murals. I highly recommend staying at this hotel! "
