"Everything was great; from check in; room to location; would certainly stay here again "

"Family stopover for 2 nights. Check in staff were super friendly and helpful, highly commendable. Room was decent size and did everything we needed from in. Loads of activities and things to do. Balcony was on the small size was only grumble but not a deal breaker for us."

"Always a great place to stay in Avoriaz "

"Amazing hotel. Lovely people and great location. "

"We booked the stay based on very good reviews. Unfortunately we were quite disappointed. Our room had a lovely design, very warm and cosy and spacious. "Good location, staff were great, nice breakfast, good evening bar environment"

"Loved it! The nicest staff ever and great location. Will stay here again!"

"Property is well located. 5 minutes walk to centre of Les gets. They have an outside heated pool as well as inside pool and jacuzzi. Friendly staff in reception and great bakery service where you can order fresh bread the day before. Checkout was smooth. Kitchen was well equipped (although we only used for breakfast). The only thing to point is cleanliness, not great. Overall we really enjoyed and would book it again"

"Room was immaculate. On departure I cut my finger very badly and the receptionist had no plaster or a first aid kit and eventually found me some toilet roll. Following this we ordered a taxi to the hotel but the lift was shut causing us to have to walk down flights of stairs with blood from my finger going all over my clothes and luggage and then we missed our taxi. I await your response."

"Brilliant value - great room, great food"

"The staff were extremely helpful and the place had a nice relaxed atmosphere to it- the breakfast was good and the items were kept topped up to choose from. The hotel was in a good location for skiing so all in all it was perfect for us "
