A few issues. 1) They had to be nudged to send me the check-in instruction. 2) The windows have no views as they are placed right in front of the neighbors’ walls. 3) The AC in the den was not working. Out of the 3, I take 1) very seriously. When I called them for the check-in instruction, they didn’t know why it happened nor they seemed to care why it happened. "First location. For me the location is perfect. Small side street that is so quiet, you can't believe you are in a city. Close to temples, shopping and restaurants that are literally one minute away. When you get the code and enter the building it has this quirky charm that makes it so appealing. "We stayed here for 2 nights to explore the main tourist attractions in Nagasaki. Only a 15 minute drive to the Mountain view and a short walk to Chinatown, Dutch slopes and the Glover garden. The location was great. Even the carpark close by were cheap so having a car wasn’t an issue. The place was cosey and clean and it fit me and my 3 family members comfortably.
