"Very clean, not very many people except one day when an event was going on. Great service from bar staff and front desk. Beach was amazing and clear water. "

"One of the nicer resorts on the island, however most of the staff did not seem super happy to be there. We consistently tipped, on top of the required tip that was included in each bill, however even that did not yield extra enthusiasm or a desire to provide top tier service. They like to do loud lawn work between 5:30-6:20 am so if sleep is on the agenda, you should choose another resort."

"This was our 5th time at the Grand Roatan and 1st with it being the Kimpton and by far the best experience! Love the new food & beverage areas and room service was awesome! We will be back for sure!"
